Selection & Purchase
Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Orders cannot be refunded once received, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
You may inspect your order while the courier is present.
If there is any issue with the product, you may refuse the order and only pay the shipping fees.
Partial Delivery
No partial delivery is allowed.
Orders must be accepted or returned in full.
Exchange Policy
Exchange Period
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
Exchange Conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition received:
- Unworn & unused
- With original tags
- In original packaging
Inspection & Replacement
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement order will be prepared and shipped.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchange Limit
Items may not be exchanged more than 2 times.
Returns & Defective Items
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Items
No shipping fees will be charged for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered if reported upon delivery.
Change of Mind
If the return or exchange is requested due to a change of mind, all shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
